Return & Refund Policy (EU Compliant)

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.), unless you choose to receive store credit instead.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return request.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock after you have placed an order, you have the right to choose between:

• A full refund to your original payment method, OR
• A store credit (coupon) valid for 3 months.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
